    Watched this in the 70s at the Biograph Theater In Georgetown and LOVED It. Watched again with my daughters a few years ago and they loved it. Classic and timeless!

    I want to see this film, as I’m just becoming interested in film noirs, but I must admit that MacMurray looks really bland to me. Not underplayed, like Bogart or Andrews, but just dull. I love Stanwyck and Robinson, though.
