I need instructions on installing a sink and water tank on an open trailer with a bbq grill built onto it.

The sink shouldn’t be an issue. Pick up a garage wash basin at your local hardware store. It’s white with four legs. Just bolt those legs to your trailer. Water supply will be your biggest hurdle. Unless there is a pump on your tank, you won’t be able to get water to your sink. Gravity feed is an option, but if your tank is mounted below your sink, it’s not doable.
